Admission Requirements for Anoint the World University
Applicants seeking enrollment at Anoint the World University must meet the following criteria:
- Christian Faith Commitment: Applicants must profess a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Educational Background: Applicants must have graduated from a U.S. high school, an approved homeschool program, or earned a General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
- Homeschool Verification: Homeschooled applicants must provide documentation confirming successful completion of a secondary education program as defined by the laws of the state in which they were homeschooled.
- International Students: International applicants must self-certify that they have successfully completed the equivalent of a U.S. grade 12 education. They must also provide official documentation demonstrating completion of a secondary education program equivalent to an accredited U.S. high school diploma or GED.
- Dual Enrollment: High school students may enroll in Anoint the World University courses concurrently with the approval of a school official. A maximum of 30 credit hours may be earned under this arrangement. Students enrolled at other colleges may also take courses concurrently at Anoint the World University with appropriate approvals.
- Graduate Program Requirements:
- Applicants to Master’s programs must hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Applicants to Doctoral programs must hold a Master’s degree (minimum of 60 graduate credit hours) from an accredited institution.
- English Language Proficiency: All applicants must demonstrate proficiency in the English language.
- Transcripts: Official transcripts from all previously attended institutions must be submitted to Anoint the World University.
- Transcripts must be sent directly from the issuing institution.
- Electronic transcripts are acceptable if sent directly from the institution or an authorized processing service.
- Applicants transferring from another college do not need to submit a high school transcript.
Note: Students may enroll in one course prior to the submission of their official transcript. Final admission decisions will be communicated via email.
Transfer Student Policy and Credit Evaluation
Anoint the World University welcomes transfer students. The following credit transfer limits apply:
- Up to 90 credit hours toward a Bachelor’s degree
- Up to 15 credit hours toward a Master’s degree
- Up to 6 credit hours toward a Doctoral degree
Credits may be accepted from institutions that are regionally or nationally accredited, as well as non-accredited institutions, on a case-by-case basis.
Transfer Credit Evaluation Process:
- An official transcript from each prior institution must be submitted before a credit evaluation can be completed.
- Transfer students may not complete more than one course at Anoint the World University prior to submitting official transcripts.
- Transfer evaluations will only be conducted for students who have submitted a formal application.
Important: Transfer of credits from Anoint the World University to another institution will be subject to the receiving institution’s policies and discretion.
