New Student Orientation

Welcome to Anoint the World University: New Student Orientation Guide

At Anoint the World University, we are committed to setting you up for a successful academic experience from day one. Our New Student Orientation Process is designed to walk you through all the essential steps before beginning your coursework. By completing each stage, you’ll gain a clear understanding of our expectations, finalize your enrollment, and access key resources for your studies and spiritual growth.

1. Fulfill Enrollment Requirements

To begin, all students must complete the online application. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian will need to submit an electronic signature on the Parental Consent Form. Once these steps are completed, you’ll receive access to the next parts of the orientation process.

Students must also review and electronically sign our Acknowledgment Form, confirming receipt and understanding of the Student Catalog, Handbook, and Academic Policies. This ensures clarity on expectations for academic progress and conduct at Anoint the World University.

Finally, complete the Enrollment and Financial Agreement Form to confirm your commitment and understanding of tuition policies.

2. Submit Academic Records & Identity Verification

To complete enrollment, submit official transcripts from your previous educational institutions. High school transcripts are required unless you’re transferring from a college or university. Transcripts must be sent electronically from the issuing institution to [email protected]

As an online institution, Anoint the World University is required to verify your identity. Please submit a scanned copy of a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID). If you prefer, you may schedule a Zoom session with our team to complete this step in person.

3. Orientation Video & Quiz

Before you begin classes, you’ll need to watch the New Student Orientation Video and complete a brief quiz to ensure you understand how our academic systems work and how to access important student services.

4. Degree Planning & Prior Learning Credits

After we evaluate your transcripts, we’ll provide you with a personalized degree plan outlining the exact courses you need for graduation. Following this plan will help you avoid taking unnecessary or duplicate courses.

Students in bachelor’s programs may also be eligible to apply for Life Experience Credit for previous ministry work or professional experience. Applications are accepted only after your degree plan is issued, and you can earn up to 30 credit hours.

5. Student Support & Academic Resources

If you have documented learning differences, we encourage you to contact the Student Services Office to discuss possible accommodations. Our goal is to create an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.

Anoint the World University also offers an online academic library featuring a range of tools to support your research and coursework. We recommend exploring this library early in your studies.

6. Spiritual Growth & Staying Connected

As part of your formation at Anoint the World University, participation in the Daily Devotions is required. This initiative encourages daily Bible reading, reflection, and consistent spiritual development.

Bookmark the Anoint the World University website on your preferred device so you can easily access devotionals and other essential student resources.

7. Need Help or Want to Withdraw?

If you have any questions throughout orientation, feel free to reach out to our Administration team at [email protected] or call +1 346 902 1842

Should you decide to withdraw from Anoint the World University at any time, please send us an email to initiate the official withdrawal process. We will send a secure link to submit the necessary documentation to update your records.

You’re Almost There!

Once all orientation steps are completed, you’ll be cleared to begin your classes. This process ensures you have the information, tools, and support you need for a rewarding and successful academic journey.

We’re excited to welcome you to the Anoint the World University community and look forward to supporting your journey.
