Tuition Payment Structure

Anoint the World University offers a simple solution to study, with an affordable fee structure that supports students while they complete their studies.

TUITION PAYMENT STRUCTURE
 

  • Minimum monthly payment of $180 per month for all degree programs.
  • Bachelor’s program: Capped at 60 months of payments, with a total maximum tuition of $13,200.
  • Master’s program: Capped at 40 months of payments, with a total maximum tuition of $9,000.
  • Doctorate program: Capped at 44 months of payments, with a total maximum tuition of $12,600

    By enrolling with Anoint the World University, students agree to and authorize the ATWU to automatically invoice each month until:
  • The student completes the program and reaches the tuition cap
  • The student formally withdraws from Anoint the World University by completing the official withdrawal process by completing and submitting the appropriate form.

NOTE: Failure to make payments or maintain good financial standing may result in administrative withdrawal from the University.

PROGRAM PERIOD

  • BACHELOR OF MINISTRY:
    Students enrolled in the Bachelor of Ministry program are allowed a maximum of six (6) years to complete the program

  • MASTER OF MINISTRY/DIVINITY:
    Students enrolled in the Master of Ministry program are allowed a maximum of four (4) years to complete the program. Students enrolled in the Master of Divinity program are allowed a maximum of six (6) years to complete the program.

  • DOCTOR OF MINISTRY:
    Students enrolled in the Doctor of Ministry program are allowed a maximum of four (4) years to complete the program.


    Students may request a one-time one-year extension for program completion. If an extension is granted, the student will be required to cover the most current tuition rate for the year extended.
     

NOTE: You will only pay tuition for the months you are enrolled, so the tuition rate for each student will differ.

TECHNOLOGY FEE​

  • $100 annual technology fee due 15 February 1 each year.
  • New students enrolling mid-year will pay a pro-rata amount based on the time remaining in the year.

Tuition Refund and Withdrawal Policy
Anoint the World University

Anoint the World University adheres to a clear and consistent tuition payment policy to ensure transparency for all students. In general, tuition payments are non-refundable. However, there is a limited exception for a student’s initial tuition payment, subject to the following conditions:

Initial Payment Refund Eligibility

A full refund of the first tuition payment may be granted only if:

  • The student has not accessed any course materials through the Learning Management System (LMS), and
  • A written refund request is submitted to Administration within five (5) calendar days of the payment date.

If either of these conditions is not met, the tuition payment becomes non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Payments

After the 5-day grace period, or once the student has accessed any course content, no refunds will be provided—regardless of withdrawal or program discontinuation.

Withdrawing from Anoint the World University & Cancelling Future Payments

Students who wish to discontinue their studies may do so at any time by completing the official withdrawal process/form.

Important notes:

  • Withdrawal must be submitted before the next scheduled payment date to avoid being charged.
  • Upon successful withdrawal, future tuition payments will be canceled.
  • All previous payments remain non-refundable.

If a student chooses to return at a later time, they may resume their studies without penalty, in accordance with Anoint the World University’s re-enrollment guidelines.

This refund and withdrawal policy aligns with recognized academic and financial standards, providing students with clarity and accountability while allowing flexibility in their educational decisions.
