To ensure academic success in all online courses at Anoint the World University (ATWU), students are required to have regular access to a personal computer and a reliable internet connection. The following technology specifications are recommended to support access to course content, communication with faculty, and completion of all academic assignments:
Minimum Technology Requirements:
Computer or Laptop with:
- Operating System: Windows 7 or later (PC) or macOS 10.7 or later (Mac)
- Memory (RAM): Minimum 2 GB (4GB or more recommended for better performance)
- Processor: Dual-core or higher processor is recommended
Internet Access:
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection capable of streaming video and audio without interruption
Software:
- Word Processing Software: Microsoft Word or any compatible software that can open and edit .doc/.docx files (e.g., Google Docs, LibreOffice)
- PDF Reader: Adobe Acrobat Reader or equivalent
- Browser Plugin: Adobe Flash Player (if required for certain media content)
Audio Equipment:
- Working speakers or headphones to access video lectures and other multimedia course elements
